Novalee Davy

Novalee is a second-year JD/MBA student at the University of Toronto and the Julius Alexander Isaac Moot Director for 2019-2020. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Waterloo, majoring in Legal Studies and Business, with a minor in Speech Communication. 

During her first year, Novalee has contributed to research for the Asper's Centre Police Oversight working group at the University of Toronto and is a recipient of the Gerald W. Schwartz Fellowship where she is a research assistant for criminal law professor, Kent Roach. 

Novalee is also an executive member of UofT's BLSA chapter, where she helped organize and run the school's first annual Black Future Lawyers conference for Black undergraduate students. Novalee enjoys being a mentor and has been a youth leader at her local church for several years. She loves music and enjoys singing and learning new instruments, including piano, guitar and drums.
