Keihgan is a second-year student at the McGill Facutly of Law and, as a 1L, was the 2019-2020 Co-President of the Black Law Students’ Association of McGill. He attended the University of Ottawa and l’Université Lumière Lyon II, completing a B.A. specialization in Psychology and Philosophy. Keihgan has worked a number of years in public policy with the Canadian Federal Government, focusing on diversity and inclusion, employment equity, and the review of laws and policy related to Indigenous peoples. He has helped develop national policy programs, has worked on Prime Minister notes and a major departmental Treasury Board submission. When not at the Faculty, you will most likely find Keihgan putting up shots at the gym or playing video games. Basketball has long since been a passion of his - he grew up playing the game and even playing a year while studying in France - and he has been actively following esports since 2011. As such, he hopes to combine his passions for sports, esports and the law to one day work in the fields of sports and esports law.
